The oppressive August heat finds The Preserve residents enjoying the pool and clubhouse, and meeting their new neighbors as Phase 2 continues to fill out. The site work for Phase 3 continues on schedule. Browse the accompanying photos to see our progress.
The summer doldrums are not slowing progress on Phase 2 of The Preserve as new residents are moving in and enjoying the amenities of their growing community. Phase 3 continues to take shape as you can see in the attached photos. Come visit The Preserve and see our beautiful community for yourself.
More green lawns are appearing in Phase 2 of The Preserve as the roads are being defined for Phase 3. Phase 3 will be our largest yet with 320 homes planned.
Phase 2 of The Preserve is greening up with new turf as homeowners are moving in. In the main photo, you can see Phase 2 in the foreground, as well as the dirt formation that will become Phase 3, in the middle background.
